Im Rahmen des Workshops "The Pacific Alliance: An agenda for cooperation with observer members - Vocational education & training for inclusive development and integration into global value chains" nahm Dr. Dieter Dohmen als Podiumsgast an der Paneldiskussion zum Thema  "Language Skills" teil. Gastgeber des Workshops war der Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie (BDI), organisiert von der Friedrich Alexander Universität (FAU), der Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD), dem Europäisches Institut für Internationale Studien (IEEI), der Business School Copenhagen (CBS), unter der Schirmherrschaft des Auswärtigen Amtes und dem vorübergehenden Präsidenten der Pacific Alliance.
