The economy’s capacity for innovation, like its ability to make use of new developments, depends on the quality of education and access to it.


Qualifications, expertise, skills, and abilities are important building blocks for innovation in business and the economy – and also in society. At the same time, however, innovation also requires individuals to adapt. Thus education and innovation are inextricably linked, even if they are not always concretely interrelated.
