Jetmir Zyberaj studied Psychology at the University of Prishtina. Additionally, he received his Master degree in Education (with a focus on Research on Teaching and Learning), from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), School of Education.

Parallel with his Master’s degree at TUM, he worked in a project for around two years as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Educational Psychology, at TUM School of Education. The project was a Clearinghouse (the first of its kind in Germany), supported by the Federal Ministry for Education and Research, conducting Meta-Analysis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

Prior to that, he gained various experiences, such as acting leader of an NGO representing Psychology students in Kosovo, where he conducted many different research projects, and represented students interests within and abroad the country.

Jetmir is interested in Education Research and Psychology and has various experiences in both quantitative and qualitative research. He speaks Albanian (mother tongue), English, and German.

At FiBS, he is working in two projects with a focus on Adult Education, i.e., Vocational Education and Training, with the aim at examining the current status of the vocational training system in Albania, to further provide future projections for qualifications, competences and skills in the labour market throughout the country and in the 12 regions.
