Funding Framework of the National Training Fund in Namibia

The project aims at an extensive revision of the funding framework of the National Training Fund in Namibia in order to place the financing of education providers on a fairer and more equitable footing. On the basis of a differentiated cost survey among the education providers, various technical components will then be (further) developed, including a cost calculator, a training grant verification tool and service level agreements. The project is carried out on behalf of GIZ for the National Training Authority in Namibia together with Planco.
