The aim of the LISUM headteacher survey ‘Key competencies of school leaders today and in 2030’ was to identify the most important fields of activity for headteachers and the key competencies required to fulfil these fields of activity today and in the near future.
Headteachers from Berlin and Brandenburg as well as from the Netherlands took part in the online survey as part of an Erasmus + project.
The survey results help the project partners, the Landesinstitut für Schule und Medien Berlin Brandenburg (LISUM) and the NSO-CNA Leiderschapsacademie, to design and offer appropriate support services for school principals in a participatory approach that is even more tailored to their needs.
