Akademie für innovative Bildung und Management (aim)

The aim – Academy for Innovative Education and Management was founded in 2002 with the aim of improving the educational opportunities of all children and young people. This is done by offering services in the areas of ‘Early Education’, ‘Teaching & School’ and ‘Individual Education and Upbringing’, which are aimed at children and young people as well as at educators in the various educational areas of lifelong learning.
The evaluation of FiBS focuses on the impact of aim's work and provides impetus for future activities. The evaluation is divided into two parts: 1. an evaluation of the academy as a whole, its previous offers and main areas of work, as well as the associated quality assurance measures with case studies and impact analysis of selected individual programmes. The particular focus here is on teaching and schools. 2. An impact evaluation derived from this, with an impact model (logframe) with suggestions for future academy activities, possible new programme priorities and indicators for internal success and external impact measurement.
