In order to ensure a long-term supply of skilled staff in the field of child day care, the job profile must be designed to be attractive. This also includes issues relating to income and financial security.
In this report, we look at the implications of the remuneration system in child day care. The focus here is particularly on the aspects of pension provision, qualification profile and the resulting consequences with regard to the recruitment and retention of skilled staff.
