RECO - Exploring training and skill demands in the renewable energy sector in Colombia

The 3 objectives of this exploratory study were to
1) analyze the demands as well as the development potential of vocational training for skilled workers in the field of renewable energies in Colombia
2) identify opportunities for cooperation between German and Colombian actors and
3) check the transferability of elements of dual or cooperative vocational training.
